Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Director of Nursing, Cardiovascular Services to lead the expansion of a comprehensive Cardiovascular Nursing program. This position will oversee CV-ICU, Heart Failure, and Med/Surg units, and guide the launch of new VAD and ECMO programs in collaboration with key physicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 oversight for assigned departments, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and standards.
- Direct unit coordination, evaluation, and supervision in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Mentor nursing leaders and staff while fostering strong physician relationships as a proactive change agent.
- Monitor and enhance quality, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement metrics.
- Manage administrative, financial, and clinical operations across the cardiovascular service line.
Qualifications:
- Required: BSN from an accredited program; MSN or completion within 2 years. Active RN license (or equivalent). LVAD/VAD and ECMO experience. 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
- Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty or nursing administration.
