A high-acuity hospital and trauma center in Alabama is currently hiring Clinical Laboratory Technologists to join its laboratory team. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: From $29.00/hour (approximately $60,000/year base), depending on experience
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Regular daytime hours
- Stable work schedule
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing according to established procedures
- Analyze and report laboratory results accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain quality control standards and laboratory safety protocols
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- ASCP or ASCPi certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or commercial laboratory (case-by-case consideration possible)
- Experience in Blood Bank or General Laboratory
